The property has 3 metal hollow core standard 36" doors each needs some work. Door #1 Standard 36" hollow core metal door with a 22x64 glass insert. The 22x64 single lite glass broke, I have the replacement glass and white plastic surround. You must have experience in knowing how to correctly install the glass, ensure it is properly sealed without breaking it. Then all the weather stripping needs to replaced including the threshold and a new door bottom to mate to the threshold. Ensure the door is airtight. The floor is tile over concrete. Door #2 Standard 36" hollow core metal door. Remove and replace all the weather stripping. Install a new threshold/door bottom replacing the sweep (standard threshold will not fit). Ensure the door is airtight. The floor there is tile over concrete. Door #3 Is another standard 36" hollow core metal door that leads from the garage into a different room. The floor there is also tile over concrete. Remove and replace all the weather stripping. Install new threshold and door bottom that fits the door and ensures it is airtight. You will be responsible for getting the proper supplies to perform this job which are not likely available at Home Depot or Lowes. Try door suppliers such as American Door in Beltsville or Precision Door in Alexandria. If you aren't familiar with one of these suppliers or a similar one, it is unlikely you have the experience to do this job. I prefer responses that give a ball park quote for your labor and when you can do the work. We can adjust the quote if the work becomes more extensive after you inspect the job site.
