Two bathroom renovations
Hello,
I am looking to get some quotes to do two bathroom renovations. I will buy the materials unless you have a really good deal since we are price conscious (price will not be the only factor).
For the renovations, there will not be any moving of plumbing so everything will remain the same. There is a leak under one of the tubs so that will have to be repaired.
Here are a few details:
1) All plumbing will remain the same
2) we will NOT put back jacuzzi tubs. The main bathroom will have a soaking tub
3) the shower area in the main bathroom will be converted to shelving and will no longer need plumbing
4) There is a leak in the main bath and the kitchen ceiling below will need to be repaired (sorry I do not have pictures at this time)
5) The second bathroom will be a basic remodeling
6) the main bathroom will have more tiling but nothing too intricate
7) While I am price sensitive, price will not be the only factor.
8) I am looking to get 3-4 quotes and realize that means you'll have to come over to get full quotes. Ideally looking to get the quotes the week of the 3rd. These pictures are so you can give a feel for size/scope and see if you want to take it on.
9) There is also a small leak by the skylight in the main bathroom that will also have to be repaired
