I need to build a website that features lots of Pdfs and perhaps other types of publications.  

I know my way around Wix but often get into glitches that drive me nuts.  I'd love for someone else to build it, but our organization doesn't have a budget yet.

So I'm looking for someone who can, if not build, then at least help me out when I get stuck, for a reasonable hourly rate.  I will do all the content, including the images. It's really just consulting and troubleshooting, and perhaps organizing emails.   If Wix is easy for you, and you'll have a few extra hours over the next couple of weeks, this could work.
