Gig Description

I need a shower repaired. There is a leak in the pan, so it probably needs a new liner. The shower will also have to be retiled after the repair. Shower measures 35" x 49" and the height is 98" and 133" (vaulted).

I need a pedestal sink "reinstalled." It was recently installed but has pulled away from the wall and we discovered the installer tried to "level" it with cardboard. The faucet needs to be centered.

I need a toilet valve replaced.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
