I need help cleaning and straightening up a small one bedroom apartment. It's not dirty, just some things are out of order that I need help with. Papers and clothes are the primary problem. We will primarily be folding, hanging up, reorganizing the closets, putting things away, filing documents, sorting mail, throwing things away, etc. This job will require going up and down steps to take out bags of trash or bags of clothes (for donation). It would also be very helpful if you have a car. Please send information regarding your skill set and your hourly rate. I anticipate needing around 4 hours on Saturday.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
