Replace copper pipe on water heater at property, also inspect water heater

Gig Description

Water heater is located in the ceiling, so a ladder is required but we have one there.

One of the pipes on the water heater is bad, a lot of calcium/mold (or something else) has built up and water is leaking. Pipe needs to be replaced. See pictures.

Can meet there anytime this week at anytime after 10am all the way to late night.

Water heater itself could use an inspection.
