Gig Description

My garage door is currently stuck open (about 8 inches).  Attempts to close it cause the door to reopen.  I don't want to touch it as I noticed some stress/bending when it attempts to open beyond 8 inches. I heard a loud crack while I was in the kitchen. The garage door is a Lift Master and is about 9 years old.
