Please let me know your availability and rate for this gig (for 2 men and a truck, all inclusive rate) on Tuesday 12 September (next week):

1/ Confirmed: Move furniture (1 trunk, 1 cabinet, 3 chest of drawers, arm chair, tea table, a few paintings) from Public Storage (7208 Fordson Road, ie. Richmond Highway) to Potomack Auctions (1120 N Fairfax St, Alexandria, VA 22314). We'll be with you to open gates etc.

2/ Confirmed: Move furniture from the same storage place to a house in Old Town (3 chest of drawers, 1 couch, 1 arm chair, 1 desk + a few more pieces of furniture to be confirmed. The house has stairs. Address in Old Town to be confirmed when we confirm the gig, 5 minute drive from Potomack Auctions.

3/ Optional (not sure we will do this yet but would let you know shortly): Take an old piano, either to give away to someone who will tune it up, or for junk haul

Please quote 2 flat rates:

• one for furniture only (points 1/ and 2/) 
• and one for furniture and piano (points 1/ 2/ and 3/)/
