Need to branch off of two separate outlets to add one additional outlet to each socket. Need to have one outlet wire connection to thermostat (approx 1 ft distance for outlet addition from current outlet and 5 ft distance for thermostat inline with current outlet location) and one outlet extension wired to a wall sconce (approx 4 ft distance for outlet addition from current outlet and 3 ft distance from outlet to sconce). 

Both outlet additions will be straight up the wall from current locations.
