We need work done on the half bath on the main level of our townhome. We want to remove the toilet, vanity, sheet vinyl flooring and whatever flooring may be underneath, and replace it with a new toilet, vanity, and tile. The bathroom is very small, only 4'4" by 4'7". We have already purchased the new toilet, vanity, tile, and grout.
