I need someone who knows about faucets and water pipes. The outside water spigot (house bib), in front of the house has a worn-down washers and threads and it leaks. Also, inside knob that controls it, in basement, is restricted and I cannot turn it, might be rusted. I want a rough estimate of what all this might cost me. Thank you.
