Our FIOS is quite old, and Verizon tells me that to get the latest service, I need 100BaseT cable from the ONT to the router. I only have COAX.

I need somebody to pull some 100BaseT cable from the ONT box outside the house into the house and over to the router (which is in the furnace room.)

I'd like to pull several strands of 100BaseT (plus some phone twisted pair) cable so I have spares.

My landline recently stopped working, and it uses the only 10BaseT cable that runs to that same location. (There is dial tone at the ONT but not at the patch panel where phone service is fed to the rest of the house.) It appears that cable has failed, so I'd also like to re-run the phone service using either a pair from a 100BaseT cable or simple POTS twisted pair. We've previously had somebody pull other cable through the (finished) basement ceiling, and there are already access holes cut into the ceiling drywall.
