Mother’s Helper Wanted

I am looking for at least two mother’s helpers to help me with my two sweet kids, a boy (4) and a girl (2) for the following times:

Morning Support:

Monday through Friday

7 AM through 9 AM to help get my kiddos ready and out the door to preschool

Evening Support:

Monday-Thursday

6:15 pm- 10 pm to help with dinner, playtime, and bedtime

I will not be leaving the helper alone with the kids. I will be working alongside them. 

I am happy to hire multiple mother’s helpers for different days, the morning shift, and evening shift. This is a permanent position that will be starting on May 8th. 

I am looking for a person with the following qualities to help this working mom out:

1. Must be female
2. At least 15 years old
3. Loves to work with kids
4. Likes to be outside with kids (park/backyard)
5. Kind-hearted, patient, and creative
6. Some who can read to the kids and engage them in activities not including watching tv
7. Non-smoker
8. Teaching experience a plus
9. Previous childcare experience a plus
10. You must have your own car and know how to drive, or have someone drop you off
11. Good communicator
12. Punctual
13. Someone who lives in the Layhill/Olney area is preferred 
14. Someone who lives in Montgomery County is preferred
15. Must speak English
