An Arlington / Falls Church Homeowners Association is looking for licensed and insured professionals to quote on the following for a community of 18 townhomes made up of 3 buildings:

1. Power wash all exteriors
2. Sand, prime and paint metal deck railings for the whole complex 
3. Sand, prime and paint metal balcony decks on 2 of the 3 buildings
4. Connect with each homeowner on any additional work they can offer a-la-carte for those homeowners

Potential additional painting work to be discussed on a site visit.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
