Looking for someone to clean an apartment and to help with a small amount of organizing for my friend who is confined to a wheelchair. Ideally I would like the cleaning/organizing to be done as soon as possible.

Week of July 10th would be ideal. Price per hour negotiable.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
