We have an 80 gallon salt water tank, the person maintaining our tank for the past five years has retired.  We have not managed to keep up with the tank and are in dire need of someone who knows what they’re doing to maintain it. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
