  • We need a new front door hung. It's a mahogany slab. We need the 3 hinges and one-piece knob and deadbolt mortised and set. We're going to stain the door just need someone qualified to hang it. I have two estimates, one that was way too high, and one from my trusted handyman, who is leaving town and can't do it quick enough, but confirmed the first estimate was double of what it should be. If you have experience hanging doors, are licensed and bonded, can communicate clearly with us, and can do it in the next week or two, please let me know. Note: If you're a lawn guy or an auto guy who thinks he can hang a door, this job isn't for you! Need experience in door hanging. Thanks!

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
