I need two lamps to work again.  One is a floor lamp, the other is a table lamp in which the off/on switch broke off.  The chest needs hinges so the lid will attach and I am able to open it without removing the lid or holding it.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
