My HVAC system is in the crawl space underneath my house. Because of the rains, there's been flooding into the crawl space and foundation, which impacts the HVAC's efficiency. The person who installed and who manages my heating/air told me that I need to have the foundation completely repaired; otherwise the flooding will continue. So I'm looking for someone who specializes in foundation/crawl space repair.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician
