We are looking for someone who can stay at our home in Silver Spring Maryland who may work from home or can be available intermittently throughout the day and to stay in the evening and overnight in our home while we’re away. We have one senior Yorky 5 pounds, who is very quiet and easy. We have also our senior cat who is also very sweet and lastly is our  parakeet. Who is fun and adorable. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
