Need a trustworthy HVAC specialist to inspect and either repair or replace my 3.0 ton Rudd A/C compressor.  BGE came out to do annual tune-up and simply said the compressor needs to be replaced or replace the entire A/C system.  Never mentioned whether it was leaking R-22 Freon as in the past.
