We are a small family looking for a live in or live out housekeeper who can help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, chores, and driving. Ideal candidate is experienced, dynamic, active and flexible in taking on different tasks as needed. We have a nice home in Georgetown and are experienced with having live in help. Approximate workload will be 40-45 hours per week with almost all Saturday afternoons and Sundays off.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
