ISO contractor to prep a commercial wall for a mural installation.  The wall is 37 feet (H) x 65 feet (W).  The job is to power wash and prime the wall.  The artist has specific requirements for the priming.  The work can only be done on selected weekends.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
