I am looking to have my breaker box panel replaced/ updated along with the outside meter and connecting wire. I was told a permit is needed for this area of work. I also have 4 rooms that have attic access and need an electric box installed with wiring to a switch so I can at a later time hand fans.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
