I need someone to install a one-piece toilet in a small bathroom along with new baseboard in toilet alcove (~7 ft total). I also need the old multi-turn water valve and supply line replaced with a new quarter-turn one.  Old toilet has already been pulled out and flange is cleaned and inspected (no repair or extender is needed). Project includes the following tasks:

1. Help me carry new toilet up one flight of stairs
2. Help carry old toilet to curb 
3. Replace old (leaking) water valve and hose with new quarter-turn valve, hose, and escutcheon plate. 
4. Measure and cut new baseboard to fit (4 pieces with mitre cuts), and nail/glue in place.
   
5. Touch up paint on new baseboard as needed (baseboard is already primed and painted)
6. Caulk baseboard (corners and floor edge)
7. Install new toilet (toilet is one piece and fully assembled, so this consists of installing wax ring, closet bolts/covers, seating of toilet base, and attaching new water line). 
   
8. Test for leaks and functionality of new toilet. 

I will supply all materials (including toilet, new supply valve/line, teflon tape, escutcheon plate, baseboard, etc.), but I do not have a mitre saw (for the baseboard cuts).  All sawing needs to be done outside (no sawdust inside please), and work must be complete by 6pm.   

At a minimum, you must provide a mitre saw and have prior experience installing/replacing water valve/line and toilet. 

I will pay $50/hr, with 2 hour minimum. Estimate 1-2 hours, unless something unforeseen comes up (it is an old house, so that is always a possibility, and in that case $50/hour will apply).  I am looking for ONE PERSON to help with this project.
