Stanley Martin builders uses the same floor plan for a 3 bedroom configuration or for a 2 bedroom plus "Upper Family Room" configuration. I have the 2 bedroom "Upper Family Room" configuration in my unit. I would like to add the missing wall, door, and closet, etc. to make my unit into the 3 bedroom configuration -- see the attached floor plans for the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom options.

The 3rd floor plan shows the closet and door that I need added to the existing room.

The house will be vacant on August 1, so it will be easy to get in and do the work.
