ISO recommendations to get a quote to lay new flooring in a condo utility room (so around drain pans, move the dryer, etc) ... About 9' x 6'.

I also need a quote to fix a kitchen sink double cabinet with water damage in the bottom (hoping not to replace the entire cabinet) and what I think is up one side. Does not need to be the same person/company. I removed the star shelf liner but took the measurement pics before I did that.

Condo is located in Alexandria off Rt 1 South. I took pics and measurements. I would prefer to do this online/email ASAP as I am not returning to that area for a while. I need the quotes seperate and will consider two different people if needed.
