I need the following work done

1) Pull any permits required for the job.

2) Replace existing electrical panel from 20-space to 30-space.

3) Run proper grounding rods. I was told that the current rod is not to code.

4) Run a (between 40 and 50 feet) 220v 60amp 3-wire circuit (two hots and a ground) (using 6awg wire).  Terminat ad junction box and tap to a 230v nema 6-50R. 

5) Run a (between 40 and 50 feet) 110v 20amp circuit (using 12awg wire).

6) Possible addition of another line that will basically be a tap from the existing Dryer receptacle.  Will discuss.

I require a licenced and insured electrician to change the panel and add the outlets.  Don't bother to reply if you aare not licensed and insured.  I require proof of both.
