I had a tree removal contractor come and remove a tree in my backyard.  They remove the tree and as much of the stump as they could but the tree grew up through the pavement in my carport.  I need someone to come with a jackhammer to cut through and remove the rest of the cement/stump that remains and haul it away.  I need a quote for this work.  Secondly I am asking for a second quote to repair the area where the cement used to be - part of the carport has to be repaired by laying down new cement in part of the carport.
