Looking for a reasonable professional to come and do a cleanup of my backyard... here's specifically what needs to be done: 

  1. Disassemble a full size 15'  trampoline
  2. Pull all weeds from back patio, walkways, rocks, and landscape 
  3. Trim back 2-3 trees' branches'
  4. Cut pile of branches down into usable wood for a firepit

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
