We have an existing deck, that appears to be sinking on one side.  If it can be repaired, that is preferable, but it may need to be replaced.  We also have a wooden fence, that is currently okay, but will need to be replaced at some point in the future, so if there can be some sort of bundled discount, we would be interested in doing it all at one time.
