Need a handy person with a jackhammer or other demolition equipment to break up a concrete slab (5.5" deep x 20" wide) for a yard post into manageable pieces, for a reasonable fee. The area around the slab is dug up, and the slab is not near the house; should be an easy and safe job for someone with the right equipment.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
