My dog Theo is 11 years old and has pancreatitis. We need someone (preferably a female) to come to our home in Columbia Heights NW, feed him lunch, and let him out in the yard at noon on Wednesdays and Thursdays (with some exceptions).

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
