Hi!

I just moved to Cantwell St, Gainesville as a tenant.

We want to see our yard is in good hands. We can pay 120$ monthly with no extra need for someone to be reliable and here “weekly” Friday or Saturday mornings. *(I know that this price sounds very low, but unfortunately, this is my budget as a tenant, but the landlord also needs it, she lives right across the street, and when my house is finished, you can move to his house immediately.)

 We can also buy feed/mulch/rocks that may be needed for the maintenance of the garden to looks good. If you want you can come to see the yard today. It is a small yard but I wanna see it's in good hands.

I need to find someone asap.. We are going to buy some stuff for the garden, today.
