Demanded a 50% deposit to book, failed to show up at the appointed time came 6 hours later popped the cover off with a screwdriver, and used my sump pump to start draining water. Claimed his worker was on his way after finishing another job and would be here shortly. Required me to pay the balance of the invoice. Faith paid the invoice and came into the house momentarily and the guy dipped and refused to answer texts or calls.
