I have worked in customer service for almost 30 years. For the last time 18, I have worked at Government contracting company as an Executive Assistant and in HR as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. I set up hiring events all over the United States. I've. sourced for new hires, set up their internvews and set up therir travel, lodging and rental cars. If selected, I would do their background check, get all forms required before stat all completed. Once hired, I would do New Hire orientation and compete their I9s.
