It started out great but deteriorated towards the end and even more after he left. Christopher's plan was to use foam that he assumed me got as hard as a rock. I bought needed supplies. He foamed the edges where it looked like mice could enter, then I saw a hole around the pipe abut 1/4". Rather than using the patch kit to first cover the hole and then patch it, he just sprayed more of the foam. over 24 hours later, I can still poke a hole in it with my finger. While looking online to see how long it took to harden, I discovered that Great Stuff has a brand specifically for blocking pest holes. That's not the one he recommended. Since all he did was pull out the stove and applu the foam, I asked him for a re-negotiated price. He handed me $20. I went to the store and got the correct foam and retuned about an hour and a half later - the foam had still not hardened. I asked him several times (via text) to return at least 40 more of the $160 I'd paid, explained how I had to do the job over plus the added cost of buying the correct material and foam cleaner. I even explained how renegotiating the price and 'making it right' would be make for a great review. Unfortunately at 12:14 pm today, he has refunded nothing; instead has left me with an awful experience and a job to clean up and redo - one that I paid him for. Regretfully (and out at LEAST $60 - He did nothing, really.) Maggie
