In our family room, we have 2 windows sized 47 1/2 x 59 that need replaced spring mechanism replacement. Looks like window hardware — 32d with clip and tilt latch. Our third window may need tightened screws first, since it slides up and down fine. Also would like weather brush replaced on these 3 windows.
