Air Conditioner Repair

I have an air conditioner that is just over a year old that has stopped cooling all together. I am not sure what has happened, but I need someone to help me to know how to get it back going. The thermostat seems to still be intact, the fan is running, but there is no cooling happening with it at all. While all of this is running, the outside Unit is not doing anything. Help!
