or air conditioner in the first floor of our home needs to be replaced. When we purchased our home, the air conditioner was already in the wall. There may be some extra space to add a larger air conditioner, or we may need to keep the same size unit. We need someone to come out and give us advice on the best way to move forward. We would like this done as soon as possible.

we have 3 bar stools that need to be repaired and refurbished. stools need to be sanded and restrained. wooden spindles need to be repaired or replaced. seat covers need to be replaced. dowels are broken on 2 stools.
