Annual Home Lawn Care

Provider will need to perform the following: Required: 1. approximately every two weeks (depending on rain frequency) mow back and front lawns; total land area approximately 50' x 140' 2. trim grass along walks, along fence, and around back patio area Optional (can price separately if you wish): 1. trim bushes and hedges 2. control vines growing on fence 3. remove and/or shred leaves last week in November 4. if necessary remove and/or shred leaves during first spring mowing Must provide references.
