English teacher for a 10th grader

Looking for an English teacher who can teach our son English grammar and mechanics. By this I mean actually teach grammar, composition, etc. So far, we have found only tutors who want to teach through editing his school assignments. We don't mind having his works edited as part of the process, but we do want a full review of composition techniques. He's not bad at writing, but he did not have a permanent English teacher in this school year (ended up with substitutes mostly) therefore there are knowledge gaps. We are looking for an hour a week lesson. He'd prefer it to be in-person. Please provide your educational experience and availability in your reply.
