I am looking for a mother's helper that can also provide childcare every other week for a couple days/week

I am looking for someone to help out around the house as well as provide a minimum level of childcare for three children (ages 8, 11, 14) for approximately two days a week every other week in the evenings and possibly on days where the kids are off but I need to go into work.
