I need a toilet replaced.

New toilet will be delivered tomorrow outside of the house.   Sometime between 8 am and 8 pm.  Will also need the old one hauled away.   Toilet is on the 2nd floor.    Old toilet or original from when the house was built in 1992.   New toilet shown below.
