Interior Main floor to basement floor stair case wanted

Build a typical wooden stair case per code in arlington Va. I’m looking to build the least expensive stair case that meets code. Nothing ornate. Just practical.  the door already exists at the main floor where the top of the stairs will connect.  the stairs will run straight down to the basement floor. no fog legs, no landings.one side of the stairs is a basement wall; the other side would require a railing.  I am looking for labor only quotes.  its probably a day or two at most job.  two stringers, open treads and one hand railing.  if code permits then no risers.  i will put $1 as cost but I want a price quote for the job and a list of material that i will buy.

Backfill a swimming pool

looking for someone to backfill a pool.  job requires punching holes each 1 ft across the pool floor, filling the pool with pea gravel, cover with weed fabric snd then the last 6" with stone dust.  pool is rougly 34' x 14' x 5 ft.  about 88 cu yds total.  i put $1.00 as a placeholder.

Electrician or HVAC for discovering a bad part on a furnace

I'm looking for an electrician who knows how to check for continuity on the various components on a gas furnace.  My furnace stopped lighting the gas and a part has obviously gone bad so I would like to know which part it is i need to replace as i do not want to buy a new furnace. Will discuss your price for doing this but I put $1.00 as a place holder.  i can send photos to you.
