Looking for a pick up truck with 2 man for moving

Hello, looking for a pick up truck and two strong young men to help with my move for the end of December. No furniture, mostly boxes. Do have a queen size mattress. Moving less than 5 miles away. Will have hand truck available. Will need help for about 4 hours. Thank you
