I need to have vents replaced back on home

Strong winds blew off dryer vent and another vent on the opposite side of my home  off. I have six vents total and I would like to have them all sealed in to  prevent this from happing again.   Also a bird has put a nest in one of my vents that has to be removed.. need assistance
