HVAC installation needs completion and install of new system asap

HVAC ductwork started and almost completed on one floor. The contractor took the money and won’t answer my calls. I need that duct work completed (5 percent left) all ductwork and insulation completed on basement , a hot water heater and fully hahah system installed
