Blind repair

My dog chewed one the slats on my white vinyl blinds. I have an extra slat on the bottom and would like to replace the damaged one but after watching some videos on how to do it don’t think I’ll be able to repair correctly. I was hoping someone else would be able to do it. Thank you!
