I have a rental property that I am about to sell and the tenants previous left the home in bad condition. I am in need of a mold removal company to treat the home per buyer contract requirements. These are just a few of the pictures.

Need a 3-4 step with platform porch to be replaced. The wood has rotted and the handrails are bowing. I also have wood frames around all my windows that I would like to replace because the wood is rotting on those as well. There are 4 windows.
